Ecotools.app privacy note
Ecotools.app is a restrained consumer MVP. The published root stays minimal, the lane pages remain prelaunch and noindex, and the only public intake in this pass is a first-party waitlist plus feedback route served through the same Ecotools domain.
If you keep Remember my inputs on this device turned off, tool and form inputs stay in memory for the current page session only. If you turn it on, the values stay on this device in your browser and are not transmitted as part of that local-storage feature. You can clear local browser storage at any time from your browser settings.
The waitlist form stores only the minimum needed for prelaunch updates: email address, lane interest, optional region, consent timestamp, source page context, and optional attribution fields such as UTM tags, ref code, or variant when those are present in the page URL. The feedback form stores lane, rating, optional feedback text, optional structured problem and desired-outcome categories, optional email, and follow-up consent only when you explicitly provide an email address for contact.
Pilot measurement for vegan-switch: the promoted vegan-switch lane also records cookie-free page-view, waitlist CTA, and export events for aggregate pilot reporting. When present, the measurement path may store UTM fields, ref code, variant, optional dispatch_id campaign attribution, and page context, but it does not store email through that measurement endpoint. Those records are kept only as long as needed for pilot reporting and verification.
These submissions are routed into our first-party operational review flow so we can review demand, respond to feedback, suppress future outreach when requested, and remove entries on request. The current retention intent for Ecotools waitlist and feedback records is 180 days unless a shorter legal or operational need applies.
You can use the unsubscribe panel on the waitlist page to suppress future Ecotools prelaunch updates for an email address. Suppression records may be retained longer than general waitlist or feedback notes when needed to honor that opt-out safely.
No third-party analytics vendor, payment processor, or external form service is added in this MVP intake path. If you need deletion or correction, use the Ecotools feedback path or unsubscribe path and identify the email address you want updated or removed.
